Audio SamplesAt Tieline, we specialize in delivering reliable, low delay broadcast quality
audio over low bit rate networks to give you the most cost effective and
flexible way of delivering live audio over your choice of analog telephone
lines, GSM, the Internet and ISDN, networks.
Tieline offers a choice of algorithms to suit your live broadcasting purpose, including Tieline’s famous Wideband Music and Voice G3 algorithms plus industry standards such as G.711, G.722 and Mpeg Layer II. Industry standard algorithms typically require high bit rates such as 64kbps and 128kbps to deliver live, high quality audio. Tieline’s Wideband Music algorithm combined with sophisticated digital signal processing now delivers comparable Mpeg layer II audio quality over ultra low bit rate networks such as the internet, GSM wireless networks and analog telephone lines with 20-30% lower encoding and decoding delays. Tieline Music is the first to allow multi-channel audio over different networks simultaneously. You can send two independent bi-directional audio links over more than one network (POTS, ISDN, GSM and the Internet) at the same time. Tieline’s Voice G3 algorithm delivers comparable G.722 audio quality at bit rates as low as 14.4kbps with less than 100ms delay. (G.722 requires 64kbps) This offers you the flexibility to plug into any wired or wireless network and broadcast FM quality audio at a fraction of the cost and setup time required for high bit rate networks. Thousands of radio and television stations across the world are using Tieline Wideband Music and Voice G3 algorithms every day to deliver heart pounding live remote broadcasts as well as inter-studio and studio to transmitter links. Now you can download and listen to WAV files of the Tieline Music and Voice G3 algorithms as they would sound over a live network broadcast including the Internet, POTS or PSTN links, GSM wireless and ISDN links.
