Warranty repair procedure and pricing
The following
procedures and pricing apply to the Australian and American offices
only. Local dealer products and pricing may differ slightly.
- Tieline will perform the standard manufacturing test sequence on returned
units (approximately 30 minutes labour) at no cost.
- If no fault is found, you will be contacted and asked if you would
like us to carry out further tests. These will be done at the rate of
$165 per hour + GST/Tax (if applicable)
- If a fault is found and the unit is under warranty, it will be repaired
at no cost.
- If a fault is found and the unit is not under warranty, it will be
repaired at a cost of $165 + GST/Tax (if applicable) per hr plus cost
of parts.
- If a fault is found and the unit is not under warranty but it is suspected
that it is due to a manufacturing flaw, it will be repaired at no cost.
- Freight for warranty repair units is to be at the owners cost for
units sent to Tieline. Units will be returned to the owner at our expense.
- Freight will be charged for all non warranty work.
- Where these are incurred, all taxes, duties, customs handling fees
and the like will be charged in full to the owner.
