Warranty repair procedure and pricing

The following procedures and pricing apply to the Australian and American offices only. Local dealer products and pricing may differ slightly.

  1. Tieline will perform the standard manufacturing test sequence on returned units (approximately 30 minutes labour) at no cost.
  2. If no fault is found, you will be contacted and asked if you would like us to carry out further tests. These will be done at the rate of $165 per hour + GST/Tax (if applicable)
  3. If a fault is found and the unit is under warranty, it will be repaired at no cost.
  4. If a fault is found and the unit is not under warranty, it will be repaired at a cost of $165 + GST/Tax (if applicable) per hr plus cost of parts.
  5. If a fault is found and the unit is not under warranty but it is suspected that it is due to a manufacturing flaw, it will be repaired at no cost.
  6. Freight for warranty repair units is to be at the owners cost for units sent to Tieline. Units will be returned to the owner at our expense.
  7. Freight will be charged for all non warranty work.
  8. Where these are incurred, all taxes, duties, customs handling fees and the like will be charged in full to the owner.
