Tieline Technology Appoints New Australasian Business Development Executive

 Leading codec manufacturer Tieline Technology has announced the appointment of Charlie Gawley to direct Australasian Business Development for the company.
“We are extremely pleased to have someone with Charlie’s credentials join the Tieline team,” said Darren Levy, Tieline’s International Marketing Manager. “From August Charlie will be responsible for Australasian sales and he will be the first point of contact for dealers of Tieline codecs throughout the region.”
“Charlie acquired a wealth of knowledge in the telecommunications sector while working for Australia’s leading telecommunications provider,” said Levy. “This, coupled with his knowledge of codec technologies and systems integration, will be a real asset for our customers.”
“His extensive sales experience will assist us to take advantage of the significant sales growth occurring in Australian and Asian markets,” said Levy. “This growth is occurring as a result of the new IP and 3GIP network infrastructure being installed throughout Asia and Australia. We expect this to continue as broadcasters transition from circuit-switched technologies into packet-switched technologies over time.”
