Upgrade Instructions Once you recieve the software upgrade via email please follow the below instructions to begin upgrading your unit. Note: you must use the Tieline Toolbox you have just received. If you have any earlier versions of the Tieline Toolbox please delete them as they are not compatible with the Tieline control software upgrade.
Trouble Shooting: If you get an error message on the Tieline toolbox (ie communications error), try selecting com port 2,3 or 4 on the Setup Tab. This changes the communications port on your computer that communicates with the Tieline. Or select the Help button. IF you cannot get a connection between the Tieline and the Computer, try physically connecting to a different com port on the back of your computer.
