If a primary and backup connection are configured in a program, the codec supports automatically failing over to a backup connection according to Backup data loss parameters. It can also automatically fail back to the original connection according to Auto Resume parameters. It is also possible to manually fail over to a backup connection, and fail back to the original connection, using the Connection Details screen.
Manually Fail Over
To manually fail over to a backup connection:
1.Swipe left to navigate from the Connections Screen to the Connection Details screen.
2.Tap the Failover button, then tap Failover in the confirmation dialog to disconnect the primary connection and connect the backup connection.
Manually Fail Back
To manually fail back to the primary connection:
1.Tap the Fail Back button, then tap Fail Back in the confirmation dialog to disconnect the backup connection and reconnect the primary connection.
